STEPS TO SIGN UP

1. Click on the volunteer role you are interested in to view individual shifts. Alternatively you can sort the shifts by Location, or Date.

2. Click on 'see description' within shifts to read more about what a shift involves.

3. Tick the shift(s) you will be attending at the event.
IMPORTANT: for health and safety reasons you MUST allow at least an 8 hour break between shifts if you are taking multiple.

4. Scroll down to complete your details in the Volunteer Registration Form.
NOTE: If you are volunteering with a friend and they want to do the SAME JOB as you, click 'add volunteer' at the bottom of your registration form to sign them up at the same time and save them having to sign up separately. They will receive their own separate confirmation email once you have finished the sign up process.
IMPORTANT: If a friend wants to volunteer in the same location as you at the same time but if a DIFFERENT JOB you CANNOT add them as an additional volunteer - you will have to start from step 1 in the sign up process as a separate application.

5. Once you are happy with your shift(s) and have filled in your details - select 'Sign Up To Volunteer'.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details of the shift(s) you have signed up for. Please use your 'Volunteer Profile Link' to view the most up-to-date information about your shifts for the event. We use this as a file sharing area so the resources you need for volunteering can always be accessed there. If you need to update your details, or change your shift(s), you can do so through your 'Volunteer Profile Link'.

ONCE A VOLUNTEER SHIFT/ROLE IS FULLY ALLOCATED, IT WILL NO LONGER APPEAR ON THE WEBSITE. If you cannot find a volunteer shift to suit you, or the role you are interested in has been filled, please contact us at twvolssydney@oxfam.org.au and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
